The Salem Kiwanis Club has been serving the greater Salem Oregon community for over 90 years. Members participate in a variety of local community service projects to benefit children and adults in the area served by the club.

Salem Kiwanis donates more books to Head Start Schools in Salem




Salem Kiwanis sponsors an annual spelling bee for elementary, middle and high school students. Phil Richards from Salem Kiwanis, and Krina Lemons, Executive Director of the Salem Keizer Education Foundation,  pass out certificates and cash awards.




The Salem Kiwanis Club has an ongoing project to donate children's books to local elementary and preschools. Committee co-chair Hugh Nelson "sits down" with some of the kids at a recent book delivery. The club has donated over 5,000 books.





The Salem Kiwanis Club Pizza booth at the annual Salem Art Fair raises funds for local community service projects.

Annual Mustang Raffle sales at Oregon State Fair. Raffle ticket sales raises funds for Doernbecher Children's hospital in Portland Oregon.
